"LIMITED WARRANTY"
TERMS OF CONTRACT FOR "LIMITED WARRANTY"
24 month/30,000 miles on every vehicle financed in-house

Components Covered:

ENGINE
All internally lubricated part within the engine plus the cylinder heads, engine block, flywheel and ring gear, harmonic balancer, timing chain/belt, timing tensioner, oil pump and head gasket.

ENGINE COOLING SYSTEM
Engine radiator, heater core, water pump and cooling fan motor.

TRANSMISSION
All internally lubricated parts within the transmission case and the vacuum modulator.

FLUIDS
Replacement fluids in the event of repairs to any of the above mentioned components.

FUEL PUMP
Only the 'actual' fuel pump, fuel sending unit and gauges are not covered.

Maximum Coverage:

One time (instance) covered repair - $1500.00
All covered repairs over the life of the "limited warranty" - $2500.00

Terms of Limited Warranty:

This policy is NON-TRANSFERABLE and does not have any "cash value". Any deductibles or premiums paid are non-refundable. In the event that the buyer(s) of the above mentioned vehicle is delinquent/past due on its contractual obligations to Express Credit Auto Inc. and/or Auto Advantage Finance Inc. this warranty will be considered "suspended" or "void". In the event that the buyer(s) do not properly maintain the vehicle or neglect its regular maintenance schedule (as determined by the "seller", including but not limited to fluids, routine repairs, flodding, acts of god, overheating, collision/wreckage, or any other negligence this "limited warranty" will be void. It is up to the "sellers" discretion to utilize "used" or "remanufactured" components in the event of repair.

"SELLER" IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OF WAGES OR COMPENSATION IN THE VENT THAT A "WARRANTIED" REPAIR IS NEEDED.

TOWING AND / OR CAR RENTAL IS NOT COVERED UNDER THE "LIMITED WARRANTY" - IT IS THE "BUYERS" RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY FOR THOSE ITEMS / CHARGES IF NEEDED.
